Fernando is the Owner, Manager and Coach.
Veteran Officer of the Spanish Navy with extensive experience in physical and sports training. During his military career he has been part of and led multidisciplinary training teams.
Passionate about sport, especially sailing and horse disciplines, he has participated in numerous international competitions.

Dedicated to CrossFit training, he has received certifications to train others. He currently holds the CrossFit Level 2 and Weightlifting Trainer.
​
The languages used during training are English, French and Spanish.
